Do you test on animals?

Of course not! None of our products are tested on animals. They are all cruelty-free and certified by PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies program.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in the USA.

When does my product expire?

Our topical products are best to use within 12 months from the purchase date. For gummies, we recommend using them within 6 months of purchase.

Do GL products contain any drugs?

Absolutely not! All of our products are drug-free. No minoxidil, no finasteride, no junk. Only clean and safe ingredients are used in our (good) lab.

Do GL products contain sulfates, silicones, phthalates, parabens or dyes?

No, no, no! These ingredients don’t belong in our (good) lab.

Will GL products work for my hair type?

Yes! GL products include nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and peptides that are foundational to the health and growth for all hair types and textures.

What results can I expect to see with GL products?

Congrats! By including GL products in your haircare routine, you are already on the road to new, healthy and stronger hair.

Everyone is different. Generally, when someone begins their journey with GL, they see some results early on. But let’s be honest, growing hair takes time. There is no magic pill here. However, consistency is key. If you use GL products for 6 months, here is what your experience may look like:

Month 1-3: You are setting the stage for growth. The botanicals and supportive nutrients are working to balance your system and target the factors affecting your hair. Your scalp is being cleansed and sebum reduced. Month 3-6: Active ingredients continue to do their hard work. You should start seeing healthy hair growth.* Month 7+: Stay committed. Stay growing.

What if I am not losing my hair, but I want it to be healthier, stronger and more voluminous?

Even if you are not losing your hair, our products are formulated to assist with hair health and growth. We include powerhouse nutrients, vitamins, amino acids antioxidants and peptides that improve your hair’s growth, quality and volume. Where does GL ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, it will ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

When will my order arrive?

When your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to get it processed, packaged and ready to ship. Once shipped, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive and expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $40 and over.

We currently offer two shipping options:

Standard: 3-7 business days $10 *Free for orders $40 and over.

Expedited: 1-3 business days $25

Please note that the above estimates don’t account for shipping interruptions caused by the carrier that are out of our control.  

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Expedited shipping is available (2-3 business days) for $25 per order.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted and must be requested within 30 days from the day of purchase to receive a full refund in your original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. To initiate a return, please email us hello@goodlabstore.com.
